Social Anxiety

You could be dealing with Social Anxiety. It is not the same as being an introvert. This usually develops due to a low self esteem; a lack of self belief.
You may have grown up or spent enough
time in an environment in which you were judged, ridiculed or abused. You could have struggled with having healthy interdependent relationships and suffered from unproductive thoughts and ways of being. This hampers your skills to build healthy connections and creates subconscious belief patterns that deter you from living your fullest potential.
As a therapist, my perspective is that anxiety can be reduced by correcting the inner dialogue and irrational thoughts, systematic desensitisation, breathwork or hypnotherapy techniques, depending on the severity.

It is important to not jump to conclusions and label your mental and emotional health issues. You could also be an empath, which could cause social anxiety. Schedule an appointment with a holistic mental health professional for better clarity regarding the concerns faced.
