World Mental Health Day!

1. Be kind to yourself - We usually give ourselves a hard time, when something goes wrong. We allow ourselves to feel guilty, that leads us to always criticise our every move. Being kind to ourselves gives us the opportunity to be comforted and open the door to forgiveness.


2. Appreciate yourself - How many times have we felt upset over losing an opportunity or not yet being where we thought we would be? All those times, we could pause and appreciate ourselves for how far we have come. Can you pat yourselves on the back now? You know it is time!


3. Move your body - You may wonder why is moving the body so important for mental/emotional health. Many of our emotions are stored in our body as blocks/pain as well make us dull and lethargic. Moving our body through dance, yoga, walk helps to release these energetic blocks from our body.


4. Practise gratitude - Let us begin being thankful for all that we have; it could be for the greatest blessing to the "smallest" one. We can live either by constantly feeling like a victim and pointing all that is missing in our lives, or we can choose to feel grateful for the life bestowed upon us. As we continue feeling gratitude, we raise our vibration, to attract better.
